Done! Section 3 - The Plan for Agile Strategy Execution
Done! Section 3 - The Plan for Agile Strategy Execution
Here I will share a few more pains regarding these topics:
I used to study Business books since I was 10 years old. I made presentations even for my uncle.
When I worked at Infosys in Poland, to get to an extra course, like Six Sigma, the people had to beg for it.... Some people had to work for years to get to any colour or level of education...
It looked like a joke! Or just simple slavery.... why? As the people who finished any of those courses, they did not look any smarter from the course, but much prouder, so they could terrorise better those who were not allowed to progress.
Then I left Infosys, as I did not find this work culture ethical.... I was not sure if these solutions came from Poland or directly from India... how to humiliate the coworkers...
I was in the main time, also studying at the University of Lodz, where at that time, they had only a BA in Economics in English, and to study anything in English at the MA level was not a full program, but several Erasmus classes.
I had a lot of interesting classes at the University.
Later, I tried to ask the administration to make a harmonisation for my MA studies, as I took so many classes....
After one year, I left Infosys, as I did not find everything modern enough compared to my studies, and those business books that I was not afraid to read.... I read a lot of business books in English in my free time.
I also studied French just for myself. I printed out the LSAT exams in French, as at that time, I wanted to move to Canada to study Law there in French. Why LSAT? How did I hear about LSAT?
I studied a lot about the American education system, and different exams already in the early 2010s.
After I left Infosys, I was hired at Fujitsu Poland in Lodz.
I loved the education posibilities there.
Finally, I finished the Six Sigma and LEAN, PRINCE2, and many more classes online inside the Fujitsu online Study system.
What about Denmark?
A lot of times, it feels like living in the prehistoric ages....
Why?
Let me share some sentences from this course:
" But the implementation of lean management has proven to be problematic for many companies. They get the idea of lean, but don’t recognize the significance of the transformation required in both behavior and organization architecture, and they lack a clear method to create that transformation."
And most of the cases, if I say, I have this or that studies or certificates, or life experience, people with limited knowledge ruin most of the situation...
We can also talk about my friend from Hungary, who wrote the LEAN thesis.... she was also super proud of herself....
At some point, a lot of people in Europe only get proud... but a real understanding of the system never arrives in their lives....
I had a chance to study 5S in real life when I worked in New Zealand, as this country is very close to Japan, and a lot of good solutions are part of everyday life and work culture, so for me, LEAN and 5S started in 2007 with real-life experience, working in New Zealand, more than 19 years ago!
